1. Punta Prima
Situated in the northern region of Orihuela Costa near the border with Torrevieja, Punta Prima has been made more accessible over the last few years with an elevator being installed so that people with reduced mobility could access it more easily.
Punta Prima is known as one of the best beaches of Orihuela Costa. It is a small cove with white sand, clear waters with a lifeguard in high season, You can hire hammocks and seats or have a cold drink at the Chiringuito (beach bar) from March until October.
Just up a few stairs close to the beach stands The Punta Prima Restaurant, one of the best restaurants in the area. You can sit and have a drink or enjoy lunch in its large sea side terrace.
2. La Glea
This is the Largest beach of on the Orihuela Costa. It is situated in La Dehesa de Campoamor and easily accessed form the main N332 through road.
Because of its size it is the best beach for you to play beach games, frisbee, paddle tennis, volleyball a short walk to the Campoamor Marina and you can take part in lots of activities on the sea.
The Chiringuito is excellent and the beach is served by many bars and and restaurants, be aware though, this beach gets very busy in high season, this adds to the amazing atmosphere.
3. Cala Capitan
A charming small beach and a great option to relax on the sand sunbathing, and swimming. Here is good place to go diving and snorkling thanks to the clarity of its water. It has fine white sand, and this beach has been awarded a blue flag
4. La Zenia Beach
In a protected cove La Zenia beach is famous for its white sand and clear waters high Christmas Day Party. With a lovely promenade it has excellent access and is catered for by a good selection of bars and restaurants. With lifeguards on patrol in high season and ample parking it is popular with families. The other side of the cove is a popular surfing area so bring your wetsuit and your board.
